KAAN also offers planning consultancy, building design and project management services to a wide range of clients from home owners to property developers. Our projects range from domestic extensions, housing developments, commercial and industrial buildings and rural projects. With much of our work coming from existing clients and through word of mouth recommendation we are the building design team of choice in Middle East.
Many of our clients need more than just planning consultancy and building design services. KAAN is happy to manage and oversee your project, drawing up detailed drawings and schedules of works, tendering and drawing up contractual documents. During the course of the project we will liaise with the contractors carrying out the works, hold project meetings to report on progress, and manage the finances of the project. Once the build is completed, we can prepare and sign off final accounts.
